Great location, poor kitchen equipment

Great location within walking distance to many great places around the city. Communication was good and place was clean.

For an apartment there wasn't enough kitchen equipment. Just 1 knife, 4 spoons and forks, no soap, no way to ignite gas hob, so had to buy a lighter. We suggest the owners should live and eat in the apartment with the maximum number of people to ensure they have necessary resources.

Ok option for short stay

The location of the property is good - quite near to the area with restaurants and shops. We were group of 8 friends, we booked 2 apartments and had 3 bathrooms in total.

The communication with the host was a bit hard - Spanish is preferred language. We were 8, but we had only 7 bed linen and towels and it was late in the evening, so we couldn’t ask for more. Furniture is outdated.

Very Good

Central, close to the Metro. Having two bathrooms was great. Basic but totally workable for our family. For such a central location it was surprisingly quiet. We managed to relax and enjoy the view of San Cristóbal from our 17th floor window. It fulfilled all our requirements with an excellent price tag.

The apartment is well located in the center of Santiago, there were many restaurants near by, also a mini-market. The personnel at the reception very friendly.

Very central.

Didn't find the staff to be friendly or make an effort. They didn't explain much (e.g. how to lock the door or mention the closest supermarket) - not a given, but always a plus. Washing liquid, but no sponge. Two toilet rolls for three people for a week. Overall it was alright. It was clean overall, but there was dried toothpaste on a bedroom door. They asked about the cash payment multiple times before we had even arrived.

Great stay in the center

The location was superb. All the main attractions on foot, shops and diners nearby. It is safe building with 24 hours reception. There was a heating and big TV with Netflix. We loved 2 bathrooms.

There was lack of kitchen equipment. No pan, no big spoon, no ladder. The flat was supposed to be for 6 people but just 3 chairs and glasses. One of the apartments was obviously beeing under renovation so it was a little bit noisy till 10 p.m.

Superb service

The lady owner super friendly. Happy to help us to check in even though its almost 1am. The house is homely and come with everything I ever needed. Cant fault enough how we like the owner as she is super nice. Bed is soft and house is clean. Come with biscuits and tea/coffee.

I would not choose this establishment for future stays.

Parking was a constant problem, the booking information did not include an extra charge for parking. Very minimal kitchen essentials, was required to go out and buy towels and additional kitchen items to use. Internet was intermittent and didn’t allow connection in the evenings.

The location is at the downtown so if you are interested in history and old buildings, it is good. But it is away from the modern and business centers. the stuff is really helpful. I lost my family's passports at valporiso and some guy on the street found them and contacted the manager. The manager helped me getting back the passport and saved the whole trip.

The facility is not well maintained, and some essentials are not provided, like shampoo and hair dryer. The water for shower is too small to be comfortable. No daily room cleaning (but i didn't ask and assumed it should be done automatically). It is good for young guys and couples to explore and save some money, but not good for families with kids. You better off just book the known names,such as hyatt or holiday inn.

Very rude and unprofessional management. I will never recommend this property to anybody.

The property was OK and the location is convenient. It is located near Santa Ana metro station. Unimarc grocery store is located nearby.

The staff was very rude and unprofessional. Our flight had landed very late and we reached the property at 4 AM in the morning. We were hounded by WhatsApp calls at 10 AM demanding payment which is very surprising because other properties managed to pull the money from the credit card through booking.com, without us having to hand over the card in person. The property also sent us rude messages on the day of checkout demanding that we leave by 11 AM, even though we had already checked out earlier at 8:30 AM. This was regarding a three day stay at this property. We had booked a second stay for four days which the property canceled on us at the last minute. The stay was scheduled from December 24-28 and we were scheduled to arrive on December 24 night. Since the property staff was not working on December 25 they abruptly canceled on us and lied to booking.com. I have all the WhatsApp messages available on my phone to validate my frustrations, in case the property tries to lie its way out again.
